All of our parcels are despatched with Royal Mail. 

Please note that Monday-Friday last Royal Mail collection is at 16:00 pm.

Saturday 11:00 am, Sunday/Public Bank Holiday's NO collection.

 

Any orders placed before the last collection time will be collected that day, Anything placed after 16:00 pm will be collected the following day.

 

Once you receive your confirmation order from us via text or email, the parcel is in Royal Mail's hands and they will update the tracking number as soon as it arrives at the main East Midlands distribution centre.

We are still processing and despatching orders on the same day. We are working extremely hard with Royal Mail to get your orders delivered to you as quickly as possible! We have had NO LOST or SEIZED parcels since we have first been delivering. Our parcels are delivered to you safely directly through your letterbox with no issues! Our Parcels are boxed and packaged very well to ensure there is no damages. We take pride in every single order we despatch!
