Customer Collection

We are now offering customer collection services. In a rush or can't wait for delivery? No problem just simply click and collect with us! Our procedure is very simple and straightforward.

 

After selecting the option to collect your parcel from us, A member of our team will email you to arrange a booking time/date that is more suitable for you. This will be your booked collection time.

 

When collecting your parcel from CP CBD we require a couple of instructions that MUST be followed.

1) Order confirmation with the order number.
2) ID to prove your age and name.
3) Registration number of the vehicle.
4) Colour/Make/Model of the vehicle.

 

This is simply a strict security protocol that you must follow for the safety of our team. Failing to turn up on time or not having ID  ( driving license or passport ) will result in you not being allowed to collect your order. This will be shipped via Royal Mail and you will receive an invoice of your order to pay for the shipping fee, your order will be held in our depot until payment is successful.
